Easy Returns & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges can only be made if: 

  • The items are not worn , washed or modified in any way.

  • Not damaged

  • All tags and labels are intact

  • NO refunds on Jewellery items such as earrings for hygiene purposes

  • NO refunds on sale items

  • NO refunds internationally

  • If in the unlikely case you receive a faulty or damaged item on arrival ,a full refund will be granted including sale items.

We allow 3 months from Purchase date for a refund or exchange. 

Exchanges can only be made to items of similar value, keep in mind that if our stock levels are low it might have an extension of expected delivery date. 

To request a return you must : 

Email with your order number and request a return. After confirmation of return we will then inform you of postal  information. 

MAAK cannot accept responsibility for loss of parcel or items not received though postage methods.

Shipping Methods

 Within Australia

We offer free postage to any order over $150 within Australia, Any orders under the value $150 will be charged a $10 Postage fee. 

All products are designed in Australia , depending on compellability of a piece; production may take 2-3 weeks to deliver. Jewellery pieces are within 24 hours from order confirmation, depending on location within Australia ( Please allow 2-5 working days for remote locations )

* All pieces we produce have a limited amount of stock , if we are unable to dispatch a particular item within delivery time we will notify you immediately *

Please note that dispatch is only on weekdays.  If your order is placed after midday Friday, it will not be dispatched till the following Monday. 

International delivery

International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange on any international orders.

Please allow 10- 20 working days to receive your order after confirmation.  

Missing Parcels

After confirmation with your order, we will send you a unique tracking number. If your order hasn't been delivered within the timeframe specified, please feel free to contact us to help locate your parcel.
